High-performance microfilter in a stackable M-housing — HEPA H13 with 99.95% separation efficiency

The HMF-M is the filter heart of the DÖLCO M-housing system — a two-stage high-performance filter system with coarse particle filter (pre-stage class G2) and HEPA H13 particulate filter (main stage). With a separation efficiency of 99.95%, the system removes practically all health-relevant airborne particles from the process air. In screed insulation drying, filtering the extracted air is crucial — dust from the insulation layer (mineral, possibly asbestos, fibers) must not return to the room. The HMF-M reliably ensures that the discharged air is hygienically safe. The stackable M-housing fits seamlessly into the DÖLCO modular design (RT-M + WVA-M + HMF-M = classic dryer system). With four 38 mm inlet and four 38 mm outlet ports, flexible hose routing is possible.
