Silencer for insulation drying systems — reduces sound pressure in the M-housing system

The SD-M is the silencer for DÖLCO insulation drying systems — specially designed to significantly reduce sound pressure in noise-sensitive environments. Through triple air deflection in the interior, sound waves are trapped by the internally attached sound-absorbing mats — a direct sound connection to the outlet is constructively avoided. G2 coarse dust filter mats are attached to the inlet and outlet — these also reduce dust turbulence in the drying object. Thus, the SD-M is not just a silencer, but also a pre-filter stage for cleaner air quality in the construction environment. The M-housing fits seamlessly into the DÖLCO modular design — the SD-M can be easily switched between the compressor and the consumer (borehole connection).
