Building dryers & dehumidifiers
Workshop repair of all building dryers and condensation dryers – from DÖLCO and other manufacturers.
Stationary condensation drying systems
Service and maintenance of permanently installed systems in waterworks, industry, archives, and technical rooms – nationwide on-site at the customer's premises.
Insulation drying systems
In Freiburg, we repair insulation drying systems – including systems from other manufacturers.
Refrigeration technology
Our certified refrigeration technicians work on the refrigeration circuit. The Gera service center specializes in refrigeration technology.
Maintenance contracts
Regular maintenance at fixed intervals keeps systems running reliably in continuous operation. We plan the appointments with you.
Spare parts
Spare parts for DÖLCO equipment are in stock. For third-party equipment, we procure parts as long as they are still available – standard components from wholesalers often fit as well.
Process
How to send us your device

Register online
Enter the device, serial number, and fault in the returns form. You will receive an ID immediately.

Wait for confirmation
We will contact you via email with a repair number, the responsible workshop, and a packing slip to print out.

Send us the device
Only after confirmation: send via parcel service or freight forwarder, drop it off, or have it picked up if it is freight goods.

Inspection & cost estimate
We inspect the device and perform repairs after you approve the cost estimate.
Good to know: If no repair is carried out or the cost estimate is not approved, we charge a flat service fee of €30.00 per device plus shipping costs and VAT.
On-site maintenance
Our maintenance technicians come to you
We maintain stationary systems where they are located – throughout Germany.
- Maintenance according to a fixed schedule or as a single appointment
- If a defect is discovered during maintenance, the technician checks whether it can be repaired directly on-site
- If this is not possible, they will take the device to the workshop
- Certified refrigeration technicians for work on the refrigeration circuit

Does DÖLCO also repair equipment from other manufacturers?
Yes. We repair all building dryers and maintain stationary condensation drying systems, including those from other manufacturers. In Freiburg, we also accept insulation drying systems from other manufacturers.
How much does a repair cost?
After inspection, you will receive a cost estimate. If no repair is carried out or the cost estimate is not approved, we charge a flat service fee of €30.00 per device plus shipping costs and VAT.
Can I drop off my device?
Yes, in Freiburg and Gera. Please register the device beforehand via the returns form. Our confirmation will state which workshop it should be sent to.
Does DÖLCO offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Our maintenance technicians come to you nationwide and maintain your systems according to a fixed schedule.
Are there spare parts for older devices and third-party equipment?
We have spare parts in stock for DÖLCO devices. For third-party equipment, we procure parts as long as they are still available; standard components from wholesalers can often be used.
How do I pack large devices correctly?
Please ship dehumidifiers and insulation drying systems on a disposable or Euro pallet, packed in cardboard, and strapped to the pallet. If handed over individually in a box or loose, transport damage is almost certain.
