Process

From detection to the dried-out insulation layer

Leak detection
Using specialized detection equipment, the water entry point into the insulation layer is precisely located -- without dismantling the roof waterproofing.

Moisture measurement
The extent of the moistened insulation layer is accurately determined using moisture meters. This serves as the basis for planning the drying system.

Drilling & injection
Supply and exhaust air connections are set via defined drill points in edge seals or attic areas -- minimal intervention in the structure.

Pressure drying
The drying system blows dry air into the insulation layer (pressure mode) or extracts moist air (suction mode). Often combined as a push-pull process.

Monitoring
Regular moisture measurements and DÖLCO remote monitoring document the drying progress. Drying is complete once the target moisture level is reached.

Acceptance
After reaching the target moisture level, acceptance takes place with a measurement report. Significantly more economical than a complete renewal of the roof waterproofing.

Push-pull process

The DÖLCO DUO turbine system enables simultaneous pressure and suction operation -- dry air is blown in, while moist air is extracted at the same time. Maximum drying performance through optimized airflow in the insulation layer.
